Due to issues with parking restrictions near our Head Office we are encouraging our generous supporters where possible to donate direct to your local project, particularly if it is a large donation. With our support services in Birmingham and Worcestershire under threat from cuts we have never been in more need of financial support! If you can help please see our Donate page for all the different ways you can give to us to help today. Cash donations of any amount are also very welcome in person, please just drop-by our Head Office on Allcock Street, Birmingham or to arrange collection tin drop-offs or pick-ups please contact the Fundraising team. For more information regarding our fundraising events please see the Help Us section.

What we need:

As well as 
financial donations to support young people back into education, work and training we are always in need of donations of complete starter packs, long-life food and toiletries as well as unwanted presents eg. new bath sets, towels and (age appropriate) nightwear for our emergency accommodation and Nightstop schemes. 

What we can't take

Unfortunately we are not allowed to take used bedding/ sleeping bags/ sheets/ towels or electrical items. There are also some restrictions on clothing and furniture donations. However we know of another local charity that would welcome donations of all these items for their Resource centre and will collect. important information regarding car parking

Unfortunately there is no visitor parking on site.

However there are plenty of public carparks nearby on Fazeley Street and Lower Trinity Street. Please see Parkopedia for information and for charges.

We rent the spaces in the carpark adjacent to our Head Office for staff who need access to their cars to visit our other sites in the course of their daily work.

Cars not displaying a permit badge risk being fined by external parking company Elite Management Ltd so please don't park in the carpark adjacent to our offices. 


By Bus

The 97 stops on Heath Mill Lane outside St Basils Youth Hub and around the corner from Head Office.

By Train

Nearest stations are Birmingham New Street (around a 12-15 minute brisk walk), Moor Street (around a 10-12 minute brisk walk) and Bordesley (a 8-10 minute brisk walk).
